Welcome to Linden Heath - a charming neighborhood located in Pike Creek, Delaware. Established in 1960, Linden Heath is a deed-restricted community that boasts 87 beautiful homes.
Our community is known for its strong sense of community, and we take pride in the tight-knit relationships we've built with our neighbors over the years. Our residents range from families with young children to retirees, and everyone in between. We believe that this diversity adds to the richness of our community, and we're proud to call Linden Heath home.
Our community is managed by a dedicated board of directors who work tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhood remains a safe, clean, and beautiful place to live. We have regular meetings where residents can voice their concerns and offer suggestions for how we can continue to improve our community.

Meet Mike Bucksner, the president of the Linden Heath Civic Association. Mike moved to the neighborhood in 2018 with his partner Marnie and their combined family of 7 children. When he's not busy working as the Director of Community Relations for the non-profit 302 Phalanx Foundation, Mike can often be found exploring the great outdoors. He loves hiking, camping, and spending his summers at Fenwick Island's Treasure Beach. With his passion for community building and love for the outdoors, Mike is the perfect leader for Linden Heath.
